redirect loop

Hello everyone,
I had problem after install live helper chat , when I putted js code (widget code) in website pages , all pages in website stopped and this message appeared :

This webpage has a redirect loop

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
-------------------------------
when I tried to remove live helper chat cookies website return to work correctly for one time and then display same error (I think problem related to session or cookies)
also when I checked where is the redirection go , I see that website enter [ GET index.php ]loop and then view problem message.
this problem is in all browsers
any idea please

Sorry but no idea, most likely something with server configuration itself. Perhaps mod security or something. Without personal look impossible to tell, like you did not provided any error in general...
