Job Title Display under operator name

Hi,

The subject says it all.
I need the .class or the part of code so I can edit the template.
Can you please tell me how it is called?

I'm having a headache on this for days now..

basically now job_title is shown only in proactive invitations nowhere else, in chat itself there is no space for it because of upvote downvote functionality
