Why always on

First of all, thanks for superb script. Totally awesome

But why my status is always on? It happen when I'm not log in. It annoying because my customer think I give them a bad service for not answering their chat. The fact is that I was not login that time. Could you help me with this?

If you are using chrome extension you have to logout or check yourself as offlile in chrome extesion. Also you can just use online hours stuff.
