If it's on demo. It's just happens because of APC cache and happens only on our demo.
Basically XCACHE caches file content. And returns incorrect path for CSS. Unfortunatelly there is no overwork at this moment except turning off XCACHE Cache itself.
In any case it happens rarely and under above conditions.
