Can't see the messages in Live Helper Chat Windows software version 5.

Dear Remigijus,

After update PHP to 5.3 version we can't see the messages we sent from Windows software. Client's messages can't see also. The problem is with Windows softrware only. Everything is workin well in the browser !!!
Do you have any idea how to fix it ?

Hi,

Try to redownload windows client from demo page also try to clear cache in web back office.
