I need suggestions

Hello,

We have a pretty busy site but yesterday i've only talked to 12 users - first day yesterday.

For some odd reason, this morning we can't login to the admin area.

"The page is redirecting or looping that it will never complete."

I went to the files and clear the cache.

Do you have any suggestion how we can avoid this in the future so we do not need to clear cache all the time?
