show tooltip all the time

Hello,

Is it possible to show the Tooltip all the time even when the chat window is minimized?

At the moment, it only show once every certain hour. So when a user clicked on it, it does not come back after certain time.
I would like to always show it even after custmer finishes a chat.

How to do it?

See chat configuration there is option for that.
