Error to access main control panel front end

Hi guys, i think i made something wrong with permission of admin

when i try to acces at admin panel i receive a error message like:

you don't have permission to enter front panel and use function

could be that i was wrong and i set admin like operators? but there is a solution?

i can access like with all users i have but of course i can't set new admin
