Desktop Notification

Hi i have got this set up on my account but my partner has asked me how to do this, But for the life of me i cant remember how to enable it.. the notification is for when someone lands on our website and it alerts you (with sound and pop up) that someone is browsing our site, As i have said it works on mine but i cant remember how to enable it
