Email of the operator sended to the user? Bad idea.
Hi rem,
when operator send an email from an open or closed chat by clicking on the mail icon you know under operator message there are printed last 100 row of chat, at the end i can read operator name and email address has closed the chat.
This no have sense show to the user the personal email of the operator.
Operator email should remain secret.
I mean in the email message at the end is automatically sended the email address of the operator. This is not good.
