Online Visitors when not available for chat
Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible for me to view the online visitors when I am not available for chat. Currently it seems that when I change my status the visitors stop coming into the online visitors page.

Hi,
Yes you can do that. There is option in back office to enable online visitors tracking even if you are offline
