how to limit only one user in one browser to start the chat

Hi there,

I am using this nice tool and interested in using it. but I need an option and  dont know where is its configurations.
I just want to limit each user to be able to open only one chat box. currently, user can open unlimited chat box and start as much as chat between himself and operators.

I do not think there is such limitation. The other option would be just use chat widget always. Not popup.
