Operator chat and remote chat

Hi,

I've noticed that the only way to get operator to operator chat to work properly is to add allowremotechat to a role. Unfortunately, it also means the CSR's are accidentally entering each other's chats as well when a client initiates a chat through the website. When I remove allowremotechat, the CSR who initiates an operator to operator chat gets blocked because chat owner gets assigned to the recipient.

Perhaps there's something I'm missing. I have followed the directions in the documentation but still arrive at this issue.
We would like to keep operator to operator chat but still allow CSR's to be sole chat owner when responding to a client through the website.

Thanks and great job on the chat service. As a whole it works so much better than our old one.

Hi,

I tried to fix that, here is related commit

After this update it should allow to open operators chats even if operator does not have permission "allowremotechat"
