After Updating with code admin section is not working
Hi,
After updating the livechat from 2.17 to 2.23, admin theme is looking disturbed and then i restore the previos code then admin section and front end is not working.
What is the solution for the same.

I ques you did not disabled cache while updating. Please follow upgrade instructions

https://livehelperchat.com/how-to-enable-cache-71a.html just do opposite while updating. After you update go to back office click clear cache, and you can enable cache again in settings folder.
Or you can follow second method from documentation copying upgrade.php file
