Chat widget CSS reverting back to old style

Hi There,

I've been customising the CSS on my install for the chat widget, but for some reason, every time I load the page, it loads the original (non custom) CSS. Weirdly though, if I refresh the page, it loads the correct CSS and displays normally.

When first loading the page...

When operator accepts chat...

But after refreshing the page, the correct CSS shows up...

Has anyone else experienced this or have any clue how to fix this?

Additionally, could anyone point me in the direction of where to change the 'user' icons displayed in chat, and where to alter the 'pending a support staff member to join' text?

Hi,

1. While developing disable cache
2. I think first one is a different template not the one you are editing
3. You can debug and see what templates are used
