There are no online operators at the moment...

I actived the chat and online the chat is green, active.

However when the user click to leave a message to operator there is this message:
"There are no online operators at the moment, please leave a message".

Anyway I tried to fill the form below: name, email and message; Then I sent the form and this message appeared:
"The following From address failed: ***. There are no online operators at the moment, please leave a message"

I did not understand.

Second thing you should edit your mail settings in application and set proper sender.
