Two consecutive proactive chat invitation

Good.

I'm testing with the tool.

I am trying to send two two consecutive proactive chat and only the first text is displayed. Neither the second appears, or updated.

This is normal? This I missing something?

Sorry not sure I understood, but. For one user always once are executed only one proactive message.

Imagine that at first proactive message forget to tell the phone number for customer service and want to send it in a second message.

You can do that in online visitors list by finding this visitor and clicking send message button and message will be overridden.

Sorry, but as i told all works here. If you want personal look there is commercial support for that.
You can try to write workflow here what exactly you did. From operator and visitor part.

Ok, so after watching your video some summary
1. Once message send it won't be replaced for user
2. For user to see new message he has to close a widget, and then again pro active invitation will work it will get new message.

So basically it works as it should
