Hide Widget and show when proactive chat invitation
Good.
Congratulations on the tool, is very good. I dropped me and I'm doing some test. 
It would be the Widget was hidden by default and only appear when a proactive chat invitation began.

I ques if you use "Position" => Invisible.... in embed code generation you will have this effect.
