Chrome plugin logging user out

Hi there,

We have an issue with the chrome plugin randomly logging our users out. They don't know it's happening and only see it when they check the status icon. This is happening across different users so it's not user specific. All users have the Automatic offline/online tick box unchecked.

Has anyone experienced this issue or know how to solve it?

sorry in the past I was not monitoring this General sections but only "Need Help?"
who is the right section for the support.

Hope you have solved your issue anyway. You have to understand if is really a plug in issue or just your PC, trying to reset browser than install again the add-on for Chrome.

Chrome seems have notification issue since different month now. They introduced an update who make the sound notification to be silent when your browser is minimized or not in the first view. This is why sometimes I suggest to use Firefox.
