I installed Livehelperchat locally and it works alright, but when I attempt to install it on my server I get this page and all the addresses are wrong!

Any help?

Hi, seems you can have permission issue.
Maybe you have to try to change folder permission where you read "No" in your screenshot.

What happen if you click on Next?

I can fix the permissions the problem is that all the addresses like image addresses, js addresses, css addresses, form submit addresses are wrongly set for example the logo is set to
/design/defaulttheme/images/general/logo.png
instead of
/lhc_web/design/defaulttheme/images/general/logo.png

Maybe you are moving your LHC from local to web? Or you do a new install setup on the web server?
If you are moving from locally to web I cannot help you. A clean install on web should resolve all issue.

Move from locally to web side can create some issue I cannot assist on that.
If you are not moving locally to web we should ask how is possible you seems to have wrong URL.

This should not happen on a clean web install.

All I did was download the zip, extract and upload. I didn't move anything!

Please try to start a chat so I can see if I AM able to assist you better if you continue to face issues.

The instruction for install is:

- Download from here the last version: https://livehelperchat.com/article/static/5
- Extract the archive
- You can rename the folder "lhc_web" in what you want for example: livechat
- Upload via FTP the new renamed folder than follow the tutorial

By doing this your install should work without issue in the logo and links.
Please try to delete your live helper chat folder and database and try a new install.

Hope you will solve your issue.
Is important the program you use for extract works well and not miss files or give to you errors.
You can use 7Zip

Also be sure all files in the mentioned folder are correctly uploaded without errors.
