osTicket integration with optional email address?

Hi,

i'm new to LHC, trying to setup a system that works with osTicket, and LHC seems to be perfect for this.

I would like to have the email-address as an optional field of the widget, not mandatory, but would also like to be able to create an osTicket for some conversations.

I haven't found the possibility to update/fill in the visitors email-address after having entered the chat. My question is:
Is there such option? And if not, would it be possible to use a special-purpose default-address which could then be replaced/corrected within osTicket using the value the visitor entered into the message body upon operator request?

Hope i expressed the scenario well, and that there is a quick solution to this smile

Thanks a lot for this great tool.
Kind regards

Re: osTicket integration with optional email address?

I just noticed that the visitors can edit their name AND email after having started the chat, so this solves my issue perfectly well.
Great tool and a great combination, thanks again!
