It just stop working and debug does not show error

We had been using LHC during months, and last friday it just stop working, all my operators show online and i dont see anyone online in my admin side.

I try by upgrading to lastest version, it upgraded fine but i stil see same error.
I enabled debug = true but no error is shown.
I cleaned cache
I check if cache folders has right , it has.

I have 2 operators now , but h #/onlineoperators I can not see anyone, even me

Debug only shows template errors, but nothing any other error.

Sorry, but without access to you instance back office impossible to tell. There is commercial support if you need one.

Sorry, but here all works. I logged and i see pending chat there. If there is no pending or any other chats panel itself is not shown at all..

I logged, changed my status from offline to online and widget is online. So really no idea

I found the problem, it was fixed now. Problem was my network admin, and a proxy bad configured, your LCH rocks !

We found out that if our router blocks keywords in domain = gmail, yahoo, outlook or hotmail, LHC does not load fine.. strange..
