Why the widgets embedded into website are not shown for different ISP ?

We installed your live helper and looking nice but for our main ISP connection the LHC widgets are displayed for our website but for other ISP connection not. I also told to my friends to look at this website but result is same no LHC widgets are displayed. Is this some kind of restriction for testing purpose before buy or made something wrong with configuration ?

There is no any restrictions at all. So i ques it's something related to configuration just.
