Canned messages are easy to cause server 403 code

Recently I got an annoying problem. When I use canned messages in a chat window, whether preview or send, it is easy to trigger server 403 code and ban the agent. Please see attached figures. If don't use canned messages, just typing messages, never trigger 403 issue. My LHC is v3.91. Is there any ways to trace this issue or is it a bug? It almost drive me crazy. I have already tried deleting old messages and re-adding, but not working.

Hi,
403 means permission denied. So something with your server

1. Try to click clear cache in back office.

Hi remdex, many thanks for your help. According to your suggestion, we find that the problem is caused by anti ddos module in our web server. Now everything works smoothly! big_smile
