user send message before operator accept the chat

Hello
I remember there was on nice feature in LHC to don't allow user to send message before operator accept the chat. but i am not able to find it in new version, is this still available ?

Many thanks for your kind reply.
The feature was like: After user send chat request with a message , during chat pending time the user wont able to send new text until operator accept the chat.
I am sure we has such this feat in lhc.
Do you remember?

unfortunately I don't have the screenshot,I have seen in in old versions like 2.5
It's not big issue but it was a nice feature, After sending chat request, user wont able to send new message until one operator accept the chat.

Hi Shahmir , you should search in news https://livehelperchat.com/news-5c.html where the feature was announced.
Sorry, I tried to look but not found the feature also if I can remember too but not sure about that.

If you are able to find in the news you will be able to find in with version the feature has been introduced and maybe remdex can help more.

I understand you are looking for disable visitor to type text until the chat has been accepted by an operator.
I tried also to get a quick look into the settings but unable to find the right settings to suggest to you.

Thanks for your suggestion, I have seen all update news before version 2.50. but nothing mentioned about this feature .
