All chat messages from different connections appear in the same window

Hi. My name is Daniel. I am new using the chat system. I installed the chat on my site! The problem is that when I connect from different computers to chat all the messages appear on the same chat screen and I need them to be different instances. But I don't know how to configure it. If anyone can help me I will be very grateful.

Hi,

I think you have embeded chatbox, not live help widget. In chatbox everyone sees all the messages.
