How to add co-browse feature in existing live helper chat ?
Is it in paid version or is it available in open source code because co-browse feature is not working in existing open source project

Re: Co-Browse Feature

Hi manoj1440 , welcome on the live helper chat forum!
The Co-Browse function is available on the open source livechat.

You can take a look at this page: How to use Co-Browsing/screen sharing?
The documentation can also help you: https://livehelperchat.com/documentation-6c.html

My suggestion is to use the last version that actually is 3.22 and a PHP supported version: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php
You can also test the function on the demo: https://livehelperchat.com/demo-12c.html

Re: Co-Browse Feature

Sorry to say but as i can see the latest version of code on github is v3.21, and co-browsing  is not working in v3.21
And also co-browse feature is only working with this url forum.livehelperchat.com not this demo.livehelperchat.com

Re: Co-Browse Feature

Hi manoj1440 , thank you for the updates!
suniyadav welcome on the live helper chat forum, thanks for adding here!

The version showed on GitHub is 3.21 but the last one is 3.22 you can check on your live helper chat settings.
What version of PHP are you running?
Are you on a shared hosting?
What is not working? What you see? Have you checked settings?
- settings
- live help configuration (tab)
- chat configuration
- screen sharing

you can see the settings page on the demo: https://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_ad … en-sharing

The Co-Browse actually works only on forum.livehelperchat.com because the widget chat on livehlperchat.com is not connected to the demo. It's another live helper chat installation .. so it's normal.
