Synchronization and sound settings

The 'Play a new pending chat sound on a new chat request ' option in 'Synchronization and sound settings' does not seem to work because even unchecked the sound still rings with each new chat. Has anyone ever tested this function? Is there anything left to do? I would set up not to emit sound in new chats.

Until this is not fixed you can turn off notification sound on the operator console.

  • This setting applies only to new user accounts then they first time opens chat application.

  • Existing accounts should manually disable/enable sound in their back office interface in top menu.
