SugarCRM integration to create new Case

Hi,

We are trying to use Live Helper Chat with integration with SugarCRM. By default, Live Helper Chat creates Lead in SugarCRM but we want to create new Case based on current chat details. Kindly suggest how we can achieve this.

Thank you for your response. I am using default lead creation only. But I am not able to update lead to SugarCRM. Do you have any idea why it is not working?

Hi,

It's default functionality provided with SugarCRM package not custom one. There is no customization made on SugarCRM integration.
Still there is no support?
Update: There is one observation, chat_id is not passing at the time of update lead call. In code, chat id is access from

$Params['user_parameters']['chat_id']

but there is only lead_id in user_parameters. Do you have any idea how this $Params array is set?

Yes sure. I achieved it by modification in plugin and also resolve my another issue of lead update in plugin.
