Hi,
how to delete a message on chatbox one is been readed and so not showed in unread message?
A visitor leave a message in ChatBox, operator see it on unread message and once the message is read and operator close the window how to moderate message in ChatBox alredy readed?

Not possible, chat assigned to chatbox session is usual chat and always visible as standard chat.

This is god but how abaout if there is a SPAM message or abusive message who needs to be moderated as the message are public!?
