Beginner's queries

I would like to know the following doubt,

1.Can we get audit trail for the chat messages?
2.Chat transfer to another agent possible?
3.Offline message possible?
4.What are the info stored in mysql and how to see the data schema?
5. Can I integrate the live helper chat as a button or icon in my website?
