cbscheduler extension

Greetings

Just wondering to know is it possible to install cbscheduler extension on shared hosting as must of the shared hosting does not access to SSH. is there any other solution?

Well you can just download it and do on some server composer command and then just upload all the files to your web hosting smile

Thank you so much, I just installed this extension but i am not able to access reservations,Schedules,Subjects only Option tab is working and i encounter error 503 (We’ll be back soon!).maybe i need activated some PHP extension in Cpanel , any particular things i need to activate ?

Sorry Again,

The cbscheduler is not showing up on chat widget and also when i send the command to the user the user got the blank text.

Just wondering that i have to add javascript code for the extension to the Widget embed code ?

Is it possible to explain more please

Thank you for your kind reply, Actually i can access to extension via direct url, I did read the guidance in Github many times, but it is not clear for me that the extension is add by itself to the widget or must be activated some where from office panel ?

Also i am not sure where i must use the java script code which explained in github. as i read the document and watch youtube link, i could not find any reference.

IT just means you lack of basic knowledge.. With that I can't help, for that there is commercial support. Extension as stated can be activated few ways either with command either from bot, either from javascript either from url. If you don't know all this really can't help with that. As all this is documented.

I think i have enough knowledge to setting up the extension wink at the moment i can use the command and direct link.

My question only is where i need to add javascript code ? to the chat embed code?

Is it possible to add translation for this extension from translation.ts files?

I saw your presentation regarding call back in YouTube, on chat widget, in operator profile aria next to tumbs Up icons there is two other icons as well such a phone and bell.

I did not find them in demo too, can you please explain me about usage of this two icons?

I am preparing translation for call back extension, I happy to share it with the community, let me know where i can share it.

In regards of extension translation, according your last response, i have to ad translate.ts file in translation folder or in extension folder ?

1. Translation you can send me directly.

3. Folow folders structure as i pasted link where to craete your transaltions.

Regarding Translating this extension, i want to double check with you, as there is not much information on the above link you sent me.(just a sample of translation file)

1- where is can find all the English contents to translate for other language, following path is full content of English translation?
/cbscheduler/modules/lhcbscheduler/lang.php

2- Regarding overridetranslation extension, So i must create a path in extension/overridetranslation/Translation/ or is it possible to add translated contents directly to translations folder in application root ?
For example livehelperchat/translations/de_DE

3-following translation is looks ok ?
Example :

<message>
<source>Schedule a callback</source>
<translation>NEW translation here!</translation>
