Can't register Telegram Bot with Live Helper Chat

Hi...
I've done all the steps to do this...

But when I try to register my bot with my LHC Operator... My bot doesn't do anythig...

I'm writing in Telegram in my bot "/register ID" (ID is the number of operator) but nothing happen...

Where do I have to do this...?

Any help?
