15 - If Browser offers is not working, a possible solution

If you have followed the tutorial here (from the official documentation)

but you cannot see any offer maybe check to have not inserted your IP into the ignore list present on
settings >> live help configuration (tab) >> chat configuration >> online tracking (tab) > Which ip should be ignored in online users list, separate by comma

You can try to navigate your browser offers page from a different IP or proxy for see if works.
