Turn Off Browse Offer for Mobile?

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to disable the Browse Offer for mobile devices only? Google is now going to penalize popups for mobile devices and was hoping there was a way to turn it off just for mobile.

If not, that would be a nice feature.

I ques not possible at the moment. Unless enhance somehow this module
