Installing Live helper chat to a website

Hi,

I am looking at installing your program in to a website of ours. I have a couple of questions though:

-Have you upgraded since February 2015? We downloaded and installed your software 1 year ago and have not decided if we want to continue using that version or download your new one.
-Is there the ability for another language (translate button)?
-Canned messages –what are they?
-How can you amend the offline personal message?
-How can the introduction line be personalized?

Please let me know as soon as possible!

Thanks

The forum is a nice place where you can report if you have any issue and maybe need help.

Understand how chat works and if support the function you want have ... is maybe your rule not rule of people of that form.
For now I AM using version 2.40 because all next version are affected by a brutal (for me) BUG
