This is funtion very good with me. We can auto send much send message to user. Please see image demo

Hi kengumuoi,
you mean you want to have the possibility from the operator side to send message to user, not just a single message but multiple messages.
Maybe you can consider to share here a link where you take this screen so maybe if the live chat is online the chat owner can see how is working.
