Hi, Just to let you know posted about this issue here:

As I say pretty sure I just need to put the wow.sync(); in the right spot, have tried but no luck at all here, maybe there is more to it?!

Sorry, but no. Make sure after you modified files you have cleared cache from back office.

Ok thanks still working on this.
Strange how it works fine on the site on my sub domain though.. well the wow animation doesn't happen but the livehelp status appears.

Anyway thanks again for your help, so Im presuming you dont take on commercial work?

I take, but just interesting one. Solving third party issues not related to LHC is definetely not the best job out there big_smile
