Is there a way to decrease this check? So perhaps it's every 30 seconds?
1. There is 5 minits timeout then operator is considered offline.
2. While closing desktop client, desktop client is minised to clock.
I ques just 5 minits has not passed.

I've embedded the widget into my page and of course clicked the "Hide when offline" option. For some reason it's still showing when I have the Desktop client closed and I'm not on the site control panel. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
Here is the code.
<script type="text/javascript">
var LHCChatOptions = {};
LHCChatOptions.opt = {widget_height:340,widget_width:300,popup_height:520,popup_width:500};
(function() {
var po = document.createElement('script'); po.type = 'text/javascript'; po.async = true;
var refferer = (document.referrer) ? encodeURIComponent(document.referrer) : '';
po.src = 'http://evolutionhost.co.uk/LiveChat/index.php/chat/getstatus/(position)/bottom_right/(hide_offline)/true/(top)/350/(units)/pixels?r='+refferer;
var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(po, s);
})();
</script>
