]]>In my case the support staff need to close or delete the chat.
If the support staff close the chat, it has a resume button but what if the client is in a public computer shop. Is it really necessary to clear cache. (Is there a way i can show up again the Form for new chat without closing or clearing the cache?)
If the support staff delete the chat it will be stucked in a page "Chat was deleted" unless the browser is closed. or cleared cache. (Is there a way i can show up again the Form for new chat without closing or clearing the cache?)
My point is .. if the client has the option to close the chat the support staff does not need anymore to close or delete the chat. (Is there a way i can do it?)
