let me know if you have doubt.I always suggest to use only the web interface for manage chats and operator because the client for desktop can have more bugs, be incomplete and not updated.
There are no official application for mobile but of curse you can navigate into the web interface also from mobile, you can set email notification on new chats etc.You can also be alerted if a visitor come into your website.
